Quiet by default
Merlin listens without talking over normal room conversation. A direct request such as “Merlin, recap that decision” starts a response.
Bring Merlin into an approved meeting to follow the conversation, answer direct requests, capture decisions and keep every reply traceable from transcript to spoken result.

Built for the room, not the spotlight
Merlin listens without talking over normal room conversation. A direct request such as “Merlin, recap that decision” starts a response.
Ask about the current discussion, loaded team context or the work Merlin is authorized to inspect.
Each addressed request can be followed through transcript detection, response generation, audio delivery, retry and final result.
Approved decisions can become notes, owners, tasks and carefully gated actions after the meeting.
Managed meeting workflow
01
Merlin enters through a managed meeting worker with the account, link and operator permissions configured for that session.
02
Say Merlin’s name and ask a clear question or action. Ordinary discussion remains background context, not an automatic command.
03
Merlin produces a concise answer and tracks the reply lifecycle so missed audio or delivery failures are visible.
04
The meeting transcript, decisions and follow-up tasks can feed the approved Merlin team workflow.
The advertised release passed 400 out of 400 simulated meeting checks. Simulation is not the same as a human acceptance test in a live call, so microphone, captions and Google Meet state are still monitored during managed sessions.
Merlin for Google Meet is currently configured for approved meetings. It is not a public drop-in bot. Setup requires the meeting account, permissions and action boundaries to be agreed first.
