Delete account or data
You can request deletion of your Merlin account and associated account data from this page. Email our support team to request deletion of your Merlin account and associated account data. We will verify the request before any account data is deleted.
Before you request deletion
- Export anything you want to keep. Deletion cannot be undone.
- Cancel an active paid subscription in the billing portal first. A deletion request does not cancel Stripe billing.
- Deletion is not immediate. We will verify the request and may retain limited records where required for fraud prevention, accounting, or law.
Include the account email and enough information for us to verify ownership. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
